
Private 1:1 Breathwork Session
This private, one-to-one session is based on Conscious Connected Breathing and is always tailored to the situation you are in. Each session focuses on creating space to release what may be ready to be let go of, while supporting clarity and presence.

We begin with a short conversation to explore what is currently present for you and to set a clear intention. Where helpful, simple breathing or awareness techniques are introduced to support daily life. A brief meditation often follows, preparing the body and mind for the deeper breathwork session.

During the breathing journey, attention naturally moves out of the thinking mind and into the present moment. The inner critic quiets, mental noise softens, and space opens for new perspectives to emerge. We close with time for integration and stillness, allowing the experience to settle.
