Cardiovascular conditions (e.g., angina, heart attack, high blood pressure)

Glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis

Recent major injuries or surgeries

Severe mental illness, seizure disorders, or those using major medications

A personal or family history of aneurysms

Pregnant individuals must consult their primary healthcare provider.

Anyone with asthma should confirm with their physician and bring their inhaler.
Practical Information

Please avoid eating 1.5 hours before the session — breathwork is most effective on an emptier stomach.

The studio provides mats, blankets and eye masks.

Please bring your own water bottle.

Review workshop
I really enjoy the breathing sessions and I can feel energy shifts after each session despite being relatively new to breathwork. The level of connection is surreal- within myself but also with others in the room. I like the pace, the meditations and strong engagement from your side.
